A few days ago I stumbled across a cover of the new Lula featuring what I thought to be a Lemon Meringue inspired ensemble. On spotting another cover, it certainly does resemble a character from Strawberry Shortcake, the wonderfully juvenile & humorous card department cuties which you may remember from your early years as those deliciously ordained dolls with their own fruit dessert themed pets.
Issue #10 celebrates it's birthday with Apple Dumplin's, Plum Puddin's and some of my all time favorites Joanna, Duvall, Parrott and Poésy.
